PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification device that is capable of improving the working performance when a pump tube is installed in a squeezing pump or the working performance when the pump tube is removed from the squeezing pump.SOLUTION: A locking member moves from a non-set position to a set position while a guide part of a squeezing pump stops in a specific phase. Thereby, a first portion of a pump tube becomes an installable state to be arranged in a proper position. In the installable state, the squeezing pump is driven to rotate a rotor by a predetermined angle.
