PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To independently set parameters of turning performance.SOLUTION: A drive control means 12 controls an output torque or a rotation speed of a rotation drive means (a motor) 92 for driving a driving wheel 91 based on the dimension and the direction of a control force detected by an operation handle 6, a turning parameter indicating the turning performance and a gain parameter indicating the weight of the operation. The turning parameter and the gain parameter are stored in a parameter storage part 13.
