PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion device by which an operator having a small hand, when performing a curving operation rotating a curving control knob, can easily perform the curving operation without having a feel of discomfort.SOLUTION: An insertion device comprises: an insertion part including a curving part an operation part including an operation part casing and a curving control knob which is arranged on an external surface of the operation part casing of the operation part in a state of being rotatable to the operation part casing around a rotational axis perpendicular to a longitudinal axis.
