PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooked rice molding apparatus capable of obtaining a cooked rice molded product in the state where the outside is slightly stiff and the inside is soft and full.SOLUTION: A cooked rice molding apparatus 1 comprises: a molding tool 2 housing cooked rice 90 and a rotation mechanism 3 which performs revolution of the molding tool 2, in which the rotation mechanism 3 allows the molding tool 2 to perform revolution along a revolution track 104 around a revolution axis 102 orthogonal to a reference plane surface 101, the rotation mechanism 3 is constituted to allow the molding tool 2 to perform revolution asynchronously with rotation of the molding tool 2 around a rotational axis 103, and by allowing the molding tool 2 to perform revolution about the revolution axis 102 by the rotation mechanism 3, the cooked rice 90 is molded by centrifugal force generated by the revolution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】外部は固めで内部が柔らかくふっくらした状態の米飯成形品を得ることができる米飯成形装置の提供。【解決手段】米飯90を収容する成形型2と、成形型2を公転させる回転機構3とを備え、回転機構3は、基準平面101に直交する公転軸102を中心とする公転軌道104に沿って成形型2を公転させ、回転機構3は、自転軸103を中心とする成形型2の自転と非同期で、成形型2を公転させるように構成され、成形型2を回転機構3にて公転軸102周りで公転させることにより、公転に伴って生じる遠心力により、米飯90を成形する、米飯成形装置1。【選択図】図1
