PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rice molding equipment which can produce a rice molded product, whose outside part is solid, and whose inside is soft and puffy.SOLUTION: A rice molding equipment 1 comprises: a molding tool 2 for storing rice 90 and a rotation mechanism 3 for rotating the molding tool 2 with a rotation shaft 102 which is orthogonal to a reference plane 101, and is positioned in a projection plane of the molding tool 2 to the reference plane 101, as a rotation center. In the rice molding equipment 1, the rotation mechanism 3 rotates the molding tool 2, for acting centrifugal force to the rice 90 so that a cavity is formed on the rotation shaft 102 on the rice 90 in the molding tool 2. Then an ingredient is put into the cavity generated on a center part of the rice 90, then the rice is further molded, for producing a rice molded product containing an ingredient.EFFECT: Since the rotation mechanism is centrifugally rotated, the molded product of the rice 90 has a solid outside part, and soft and puffy inside part, the ingredient can be easily put thereinto, the rice product can be easily loosened in a mouth, with good texture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】外部は固めで内部が柔らかくふっくらした状態の米飯成形品を得ることができる米飯成形装置の提供。【解決手段】米飯90を収容する成形型2と、基準平面101に直交しかつ基準平面101への成形型2の投影面内に位置する回転軸102を中心として、成形型2を回転させる回転機構3とを備える、米飯成形装置1。回転機構3は、成形型2を回転させることにより、成形型2内において米飯90に回転軸102上に空洞が生じるように米飯90に遠心力を作用させるように構成されている米飯成形装置1。米飯90の中心部に生じた空洞に具材を設置し、更に成形して、具材入り米飯成形物を製造する方法。【効果】回転遠心することにより、米飯90の成形品は外部は固めで内部が柔らかでふっくらした状態となり、具材も容易に設置でき、口の中で解れ易く、食感の良い成形品となる。【選択図】図1
