PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organ suture instrument with excellent operability, capable of easily feeding a suture thread without requiring a surgeon to insert the suture thread into the organ suture instrument.SOLUTION: The organ suture instrument includes: a suture thread introducing needle 2 a loop introducing needle 1 set approximately parallel to the suture thread introducing needle 2 at a prescribed distance a casing 10 supporting the suture thread introducing needle 2 and the loop introducing needle 1 in such a way as to communicate with proximal ends of the suture thread introducing needle 2 and the loop introducing needle 1 a suture thread extracting loop 60 with an elastically deformable loop 62 on the distal end side a lever 20 for receiving the operation by the surgeon a loop feeding mechanism 30 for feeding the suture thread extracting loop 60 toward the distal end of the lumen of the loop introducing needle 1 when receives the operation to the lever 20 and a suture thread feeding mechanism 40 for feeding the suture thread 5 stored within the casing 10 toward the distal end of the lumen of the suture thread introducing needle 2 when receives the operation to the lever 20.
