FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used for administering the preparation in the tissues of the external auditory canal in treating patients with tissue hypertrophy in the medial portion of the external auditory canal. That is ensured by conducting the needle through the lumen of the external auditory canal and administering the solution in the form of injections. Needle is passed through a lumen of the external auditory canal to its medial part. Insertion of the needle is started in the direction from the anterior meatotympanic angle to the posterior meatotympanic angle. Injections are performed directly into hypertrophic tissue by immersing whole needle section therein.
