PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device, wrapping method, and method and device for producing wrapped food, which can form a seal part side of a skin material thinner than the opposite side of the skin material when producing the wrapped food in which a filling material is wrapped by the flat skin material.SOLUTION: There is provided the shutter device in a wrapped food producing device 1 for producing the wrapped food 55 in which the filling material 43 is wrapped by the skin material 25.
