First and second end parts determine first and second receiving parts for placement in each of at least one upper molar. Central part contains slanted protrusion, which has descending slope from maximal thickness of material. When polymer material is heated to temperature exceeding temperature of its Vicat softening temperature, receiving parts can form cavities for placement of at least one upper molar. Central part can be formed in such a way that it corresponds to part of users palate, located behind one or several users front teeth, forming interocclusion device.
