PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming wild bird avoiding device capable of being packed and carried without becoming bulky even if a number of high needle-shaped projections are erected.SOLUTION: Slender subordinate bases 2 and 2 are bendably connected downward from hinges to both side in the lateral direction of a slender center base 1. A number of low needle-shaped projections 11 are erected in the center base 1, and a number of high needle-shaped projections 12 are erected in the subordinate bases 2 and 2 on both sides.
