The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a temperature of supplied seawater of a fish farm, which comprises a heating apparatus (100) for heating seawater of a plurality of supply pipes (5) and a seawater supply pipe (5) for supplying the seawater to a plurality of fish farming tanks (50) by drawing the seawater through a raw water supply pipe (1). The heating apparatus (10) includes: a case (11) for accommodating a seawater supply pipe (5) to pass therethrough； a heating plate (20) disposed at a lower side of the seawater supply pipe (5) in the case (11)； a heater (30) disposed in a recess part (25) formed on an upper side of the heating plate (20)； and an insulation material (40) disposed to surround the seawater supply pipe (5) and the heating plate (20). According to the present invention, an electric heating pipe is installed adjacent to introduced seawater supply pipes to heat seawater at a predetermined appropriate temperature while flowing through the seawater supply pipes, such that the seawater with a controlled temperature is directly supplied to a fish farming tank to have a simple structure, thereby lowering installation costs.
