PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a silicone rubber dispersion emulsion which causes no environmental problem and exhibits characteristics inherent to silicone rubber particles without deteriorating the dispersion stability in the emulsion.SOLUTION: (A) There is provided a method for producing a silicone rubber dispersion emulsion which comprises: preparing an oil-in-water type emulsion using 20 to 80 pts.mass of an organopolysiloxane containing (A) less than 0.1 pt.mass of an organic surfactant, (B) an alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane (I) having 2 or more alkenyl groups bonded to a silicon atom in the molecule and an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having two or more hydrogen atoms bonded to a silicon atom in the molecule in an amount of 0.05 to 59.05 pts.mass of (II) based on 19.95 to 79.95 pts.mass； and adding 1 to 5000 ppm of (C) a platinum group metal-containing addition catalyst to the oil-in-water type emulsion based on the total amount of the components (I) and (II).SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】環境問題を起さず、エマルジョン中での分散安定性を低下させず、シリコーンゴム粒子本来の特性を発揮するシリコーンゴム粒子分散エマルジョンの製造方法の提供。【解決手段】（Ａ)有機系の界面活性剤０．１質量部未満と、（Ｂ)１分子中にケイ素と結合したアルケニル基を２個以上含有するアルケニル基含有オルガノポリシロキサン（Ｉ）と１分子中にケイ素と結合したＨを２個以上含有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン（ＩＩ）とを、（Ｉ）１９．９５～７９．９５質量部に対して（ＩＩ）を０．０５～５９．０５質量部含むオルガノポリシロキサン２０～８０質量部を用いて水中油型エマルジョンを作製し、この水中油型エマルジョンに、（Ｃ)白金族系金属含有付加触媒を、成分（Ｉ）と（ＩＩ）の合計量に対し、１～５０００ｐｐｍを添加するシリコーンゴム粒子分散エマルジョンの製造方法。【選択図】なし
