[Solving Means] Silicone particles, in which a content of a hydrogen atom bonded to a silicon atom per unit mass is 300 ppm or less, and the silicon atom in a siloxane as a component for silicone particles is crosslinked with another silicon atom via an alkylene group having a carbon number of 4 to 20.
