The present invention relates to a process for obtaining a mineral concentrate from the alga Lithothamnium calcareum. The process consists of extracting the minerals and stabilizing the mineral concentrate. The advantage of the present invention is the production of minerals in free ionic forms, which can therefore easily be assimilated by the body. The process according to the invention is particularly intended for food supplements in the form of a liquid.La présente invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'un concentré de minéraux à partir de l'algue Lithothamnium calcareum. Le procédé consiste en l'extraction des minéraux et la stabilisation du concentré de minéraux. L'intérêt de la présente invention est l'obtention de minéraux sous formes ioniques libres donc facilement assimilables par l'organisme. Le procédé selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné aux compléments alimentaires sous forme de liquide.
