The present invention relates to a pelletized tea making method, comprising the following steps: taking proper tea for grinding into powder, evenly mixing the tea powder with honey and followed by boiling to form ball- like tea material, and pressing a proper amount of the ball-like tea material into a flat shape, then forming the strip-shaped tea material, rolling the strip-shaped tea material into a plurality of tea pellets, coating edible liquid on the surface of each tea pellet, then drying each coated tea pellet, and finally polishing the tea pellets by continuously rolling until the coating surface becomes glossy. In this way, the tea pellets can be directly swallowed or a proper quantity of which can be placed in the water, they can be stirred to make the required tea beverage in order to facilitate carriage, and have the efficacy of shortening the time of making tea.本發明係一種丸狀茶葉之製作方法,係取適當之茶葉研磨成粉末狀,且將茶葉粉末與蜜進行均勻混合並予以煮沸,而形成團狀茶料,並將適量之團狀茶料加壓成扁平狀後,再成型出條狀茶料,並將條狀茶料輥製成多數茶丸,且於各茶丸之表面以食用液體裹覆有包衣,再將包衣後之各茶丸予以烘乾,最後將各茶丸以連續翻滾之方式進行拋光,直到其表面之包衣形成光滑。藉此,可直接吞食或將適量之茶丸泡置於水中,予以攪拌後可製成所需之茶飲以便於攜食,並具有縮短泡製時間之功效。1...研磨2...混煮3...打丸4...烘乾5...拋光
