PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic mild to skin having no stickiness after application to skin even under high-temperature and high-humidity environment, imparting smoothness to skin, and having an excellent moisture effect even under dry environment, a moisture effect at the time of continuous use, and no stimulus against skin.SOLUTION: The skin cosmetic comprises (A) 0.1 to 10 mass% of a water-swellable clay mineral, and (B) 0.0015 to 0.03 mass% in terms of solid component of an extract of Pachyrhizus erosus.
