PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infusion pump capable of correctly measuring the inner pressure of an infusion conduit and highly accurately controlling it even when the temperature changes in a usage environment.SOLUTION: The infusion pump 10 includes: a case 11 and an infusion transfer section 31 which is disposed in the case 11 and enables a cassette having a flexible infusion conduit 21 to be detachably attached and sends a chemical liquid by pressing the infusion conduit 21.
