Disclosed is a medicinal cream that includes fusidic acid which is made insitu under anoxygen-free environment using sodium fusidate. The fusidic acid is made bydissolvingthe sodium fusidate in a co-solvent under inert gas purging and under vacuum,andconvening the sodium fusidate to fusidic acid in situ by adding an add understirring. Thedisclosed medicinal cream also includes a biopolymer and a cream basecomprising atleast one of each of a primary and secondary emulsifier, a waxy material, andwater.
