The present invention relates to a method of forming a hydrocolloid patch. In order to maximize productivity while minimizing waste of discarded raw materials by enabling the formation of a maximum number of hydrocolloid patches on the same area, a dressing material fabric (W) including a hydrocolloid dressing material (D) attached on one side of release paper (R) including a cutting line (C) is pressed by a mold (M) to form a plurality of hydrocolloid patches (Pa, Pb) having a thin outer edge and a relatively thick center part at the same time in a state in which the cutting line (C) is located in a middle part, and then, the outer edge of the formed hydrocolloid patches (Pa, Pb) is blanked to remove the dressing material (D) while leaving only the formed hydrocolloid patches (Pa, Pb) on the release paper (R).
