PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the abutting posture of a probe in the case of pressurizing a living body by the probe and measuring the displacement of tissue before and after pressurization.SOLUTION: The internal unit 14 of the probe 10 includes a vibrator unit 16, a vertical drive unit 18, a Z axis positioning unit 20, an X axis positioning unit 22, and a Y axis positioning unit 23, etc. Cyclic back and forth movements are given to the vibrator unit 16 by the vertical drive unit 18, and the Z axis positioning unit 20 determines the origin in a Z axis direction of the vertical drive unit 18.
