PURPOSE: A contact lens holder assembly is provided to precisely adjust the position of a contact lens by automatically adjusting the contact lens with one method selected from pivoting, tilting, and swiveling, and also by moving the contact lens in the horizontal and vertical directions, thereby improving precision in treatment and reducing the degree of fatigue of an operator. CONSTITUTION: A contact lens holder assembly(400) for adjusting the position of a contact lens arranged closely to the eyes of a patient includes the following: a contact lens holder(410) which detachably supports a contact lens, and rotates on one axis among an X-axis on which the contact lens is pivoted, a Y-axis where the contact lens is tilted, and a Z-axis on which the contact lens is swiveled； a driving unit generating driving force in order for the contact lens holder to be pivoted, tilted, or swiveled； and a rotation supporting unit(430) which is arranged between the contact lens holder and the driving unit, supports the contact lens holder, and moves the contact lens holder with one method selected from the pivoting, tilting, and swiveling by the driving force of the driving unit.본 발명은 환자의 눈에 인접하게 배치되는 컨택트 렌즈의 위치조절을 위한 컨택트 렌즈 홀더어셈블리 및 이를 포함하는 안과용 치료장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 컨택트 렌즈 홀더어셈블리는 컨택트 렌즈가 착탈 가능하게 지지되며 컨택트 렌즈가 피벗팅되는 X축, 틸팅되는 Y축 및 스위블링되는 Z축에 대해 적어도 어느 하나의 축선을 기준으로 회전 운동되는 컨택트 렌즈 홀더와, 컨택트 렌즈 홀더가 피벗팅, 틸팅 또는 스위블링 되도록 구동력을 발생하는 구동유닛과, 컨택트 렌즈 홀더와 구동유닛 사이에 배치되어 컨택트 렌즈 홀더를 지지하며 구동유닛의 구동력에 따라 컨택트 렌즈 홀더를 피벗팅, 틸팅 및 스위블링 중 적어도 어느 하나로 운동시키는 회전지지유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 컨택트 렌즈를 자동으로 피벗팅, 틸팅 및 스위블링 중 적어도 어느 하나로 조절함으로써, 치료 시의 정밀성 향상 및 시술자의 피로도를 절감시킬 수 있다.
