PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent pad for preventing leakage of loose passage which can properly prevent leakage of loose passage and capable of being produced inexpensively.SOLUTION: An absorbent pad 1 for preventing leakage of loose passage comprises a columnar auxiliary absorber 50 extending in a longitudinal direction on each of both end parts in a width direction of a surface of a top sheet 20. The auxiliary absorber 50 overlaps an absorber 30 in at least the width direction in plan view, each auxiliary absorber 50 is divided into a first linear area 50a and a second linear area 50c which are almost parallel to the longitudinal direction, and a curved area 50b which becomes salient toward inside of the width direction between the first and second linear areas 50a, 50c.
