PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoked food product that has preferable fragrance by increasing deposition of smoking to foodstuffs in a short time.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a smoked food product is provided for manufacturing the smoked food product by smoking foodstuffs, and includes: a freezing step (1) of freezing the foodstuffs below -15°C a smoking step (2) of smoking the foodstuffs being in a frozen state while preventing the inside from being defrosted and a re-freezing step (3) of re-freezing the smoked foodstuffs while the inside is in a non-defrosted state.
