PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine which can properly operate treatment pieces by cooperation of plural treatment mechanisms, and which can continuously execute a treatment to each part in a short time.SOLUTION: A massage machine comprises a seat part and a backrest part 13 for supporting a body of a treated person, and executes treatment by treatment mechanisms which are built in the massage machine so as to be lifted up and down. The treatment mechanisms comprise: treatment pieces 51, 61 capable of executing a treatment operation followed by a forward/backward movement to a body back surface part of the treated person; support arms 59, 69 for supporting the treatment pieces in a protruding state in vertical two directions; and a drive mechanism part for moving the treatment pieces corresponding to the treatment operation through the support arms, and the plural pieces of treatment mechanisms are arranged in a body vertical direction of the treated person. In the plural sets of the treatment mechanisms, the treatment pieces of the respective treatment mechanisms execute a treatment operation in cooperation to plural positions on the body separated in the body vertical direction of the treated person, and the treatment operation of the treatment pieces in the plural sets of the treatment mechanisms is executed as an operation followed by movement in the body vertical direction by drive of the drive mechanism parts, and/or lifting movement of the treatment mechanisms.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16【課題】複数の施療機構を協働させて施療子を適切に動作させ、各部への施療を短時間に連続的に実行できるマッサージ機を提供する。【解決手段】座部と背もたれ部13とを備えて被施療者の身体を支持しつつ、昇降移動可能に内蔵された施療機構で施療を実行するマッサージ機において、施療機構が、被施療者の身体背面部に対する進退移動を伴う施療動作を実行可能な施療子51,61と、施療子を上下二方向に突出状態で支持する支持アーム59、69と、支持アームを介して施療子を施療動作に対応させて動かす駆動機構部とを有して、被施療者の身体縦方向に複数組配設され、複数組の施療機構で、各施療機構の施療子が、被施療者の身体縦方向に離れた身体複数箇所へ、互いに協働して施療動作を実行し、且つ、複数組の施療機構における施療子の施療動作は、駆動機構部の駆動、及び/又は、施療機構の昇降移動、による身体縦方向の移動を伴う動作として実行される。【選択図】図16
