PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine which can properly operate treatment pieces by cooperation of plural treatment mechanisms, and which can continuously execute a treatment to each part in a short time.SOLUTION: A massage machine comprises a seat part and a backrest part 13 for supporting a body of a treated person, and executes treatment by treatment mechanisms which are built in the massage machine so as to be lifted up and down. The treatment mechanisms comprise: treatment pieces 51, 61 capable of executing a treatment operation followed by a forward/backward movement to a body back surface part of the treated person； support arms 59, 69 for supporting the treatment pieces in a protruding state in vertical two directions； and a drive mechanism part for moving the treatment pieces corresponding to the treatment operation through the support arms, and the plural pieces of treatment mechanisms are arranged in a body vertical direction of the treated person.
