PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage device for properly operating treatment pieces in cooperation of plural treatment mechanisms, and executing continuously a treatment to each part in a short time.SOLUTION: A massage machine comprises a seat part and a backrest part 13 for supporting a body of a treated person, and executes a treatment by two sets of treatment mechanisms which are built in the massage machine so as to be lifted up and down. The treatment mechanisms comprise: treatment pieces 51, 61 capable of executing a treatment operation followed by a forward/backward movement to a body back surface part of the treated person； support arms 52, 62 for supporting the treatment pieces in a protruding state； and a drive mechanism part for moving the treatment pieces corresponding to the treatment operation through the support arm.
