PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine which increases variations of a treatment operation, and can achieve an optimal treatment which can satisfy a request of a treated person.SOLUTION: A massage machine comprises a seat part and a backrest part for supporting a body of a treated person, and executes treatment by treatment mechanisms which are built in the massage machine so as to be lifted up and down. The plural sets of treatment mechanisms comprise: a treatment piece capable of executing a treatment operation followed by a forward/backward movement to at least a body back surface part of the treated person； a support arm for supporting the treatment piece in a protruding state； and a drive mechanism part for moving the treatment piece corresponding to the treatment operation through the support arm, and the plural sets of treatment mechanisms are arranged on a body vertical direction of the treated person.
