PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic exhibiting excellent coatability on the hair, capable of easily imparting flexible and light texture, moisture, good combability, proper settled feeling by hair bundle unit, and gloss to the hair, and capable of achieving excellent preservation stability.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic contains specific amounts of (a1) a specified mono(long-chain alkyl) quaternary ammonium salt-type cationic surfactant, (a2) a specified di(long-chain alkyl) quaternary ammonium-type cationic surfactant, (b1) a hydrocarbon oil liquid at room temperature, (b2) a silicone oil liquid at room temperature, (c1) a polyethylene glycol and (c2) glycerol.
