PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber-based curable composition excellent in both of tensile strength and tear strength while having equivalent extrusion molding property and transparency to those of a conventional silicone rubber-based curable composition, and to provide a molded article and a medical tube using the composition.SOLUTION: The silicone rubber-based curable composition comprises a vinyl group-containing organopolysiloxane (A), an organohydrogen polysiloxane (B) and an inorganic filler (C). The composition is obtained by preliminarily mixing a part (A1) of the vinyl group-containing organopolysiloxane (A) with a part (B1) of the organohydrogen polysiloxane (B), heat-treating the mixture at a temperature of 100°C or higher and 200°C or lower, and mixing the heat-treated composition with the remaining vinyl group-containing organopolysiloxane (A2) and the remaining orgnohydrogen polysiloxane (B2). The weight ratio (A1/A) is from 3 to 50%, and the weight ratio (B1/B) is from 3 to 50%.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来のシリコーンゴム系硬化性組成物と同等の押出成形性及び透明性を有しながら、引張強度及び引裂強度の双方に優れたシリコーンゴム系硬化性組成物と、これを用いた成形体及び医療用チューブを提供する。【解決手段】ビニル基含有オルガノポリシロキサン(A)と、オルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン(B)と、無機充填材(C)と、を含有するシリコーンゴム系硬化性組成物であって、前記ビニル基オルガノポリシロキサン(A)の一部(A1)と、オルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン(B)の一部(B1)と、を予め混合し、100℃以上、200℃以下で熱処理を行った熱処理組成物に、残りのビニル基含有オルガノポリシロキサン(A2)と、残りのオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン(B2)と、を混合して得られると共に、重量比(A1/A)は3~50%であり、重量比(B1/B)が3~50%であることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
