PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-functional edible oil, with a simple operation in an efficient way.SOLUTION: Dry materials of unnecessary portions, edible portions, etc. of vegetables and fruits are immersed in a plant seed oil, so that a high-functional edible oil is obtained.
