CONSTITUTION: A cutter for peeling the circumference of the corner part of fruits comprises: a drive shaft pipe(100) which is mounted on a drive motor(400)； a cutter body(200) which is mounted on the upper end of the drive shaft pipe； a mounting groove(210) which has a shape corresponding to the shape of the corner part of the fruits； and a skin discharge unit(220) which is form to face to the center of the mounting groove； a rotation detecting rotation unit(300) which is inserted through the drive shaft pipe and rotates the drive motor while descending along the load of the fruits.본 발명은 과일 꼭지부 주변의 박피용 커터에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세히는 과일의 꼭지부 주변을 박피하는 과일 꼭지부 주변의 박피용 커터에 있어서, 구동모터에 장착되어 회전하는 구동축 파이프； 상기 구동축 파이프 상단부에 장착되어 일체 회전하며, 과일의 꼭지부에 대응하는 형상의 안착홈이 형성되고, 가장자리 양측에서 각각 상기 안착홈의 중심부를 향하여 껍질 배출 슬릿이 절개 형성된 커터 몸체； 및상기 구동모터 하부측에 고정 장착되고 상기 구동축 파이프와 대응하는 위치에 상, 하부 승강공이 각각 관통 형성된 브라켓과, 상기 안착홈 중심부 상에 노출된 단부의 길이만큼 상기 상, 하부 승강공을 통하여 승강하며 상기 상, 하부 승강공 사이에서 탄성지지되는 위치지정 승강파이프와, 상기 위치지정 승강파이프의 하강에 따라 상기 구동모터의 구동축 파이프를 회전시키는 리미트 스위치로 이루어져 상기 위치지정 승강파이프의 노출된 단부에 접촉하여 가압되는 과일의 하중에 따라 하강하면서 상기 구동모터를 회전시키는 하중감지 회전유닛；을 포함하는 것을 기술적 요지로 하여 다양한 형상을 지닌 과일 꼭지부 주변을 안전하고 신속하면서도 효율적인 과일 꼭지부 주변의 박피가 가능하도록 하는 과일 꼭지부 주변의 박피용 커터에 관한 것이다.
