PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems for example, when removing a calyx and core by a kitchen knife, it is followed by danger, when pushing around the strawberry body to remove the calyx and core, the strawberry is damaged in some degree and a technique for good appearance is required.SOLUTION: A bar is attached to one portion of a semi-circle gap of a cavity, and formed into a spoon shape, and the semi-circle gap part is formed into a sharp cutter object to cut fruit pulp, thereby, a tool for removing a calyx and core simultaneously, is provided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ヘタと芯を取り除くときに用いる、包丁では、危険もともない、イチゴ本体もぐるりと回して取るため、多少の傷みも生じ、見た目にも技術が必要である。本発明は、以上の問題点を解決するためになされたものである。【解決手段】空洞の半円球の切れ目の一箇所に棒を取付け、スプーン状にしたもので、半円球の切れ目の部分には果肉を切るほどの鋭利な刃物状にする。以上の構成によりなるヘタと同時に芯を取る器具。【選択図】図1
