PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper having a structure capable of separating discharged urine and stool, and wearable without discomfort, and to provide a manufacturing method for the same.SOLUTION: An underpants type disposable diaper comprises an exterior body constituting a front body F and a back body B, an interior body provided inside the exterior body so as to extend from the front body F to the back body B via a crotch part, and a side seal part connected with both side parts of the front body F and both side parts of the back body B, and is formed with a waist opening and a leg opening. Furthermore, there are provided a first region fixed as a front and rear directional range having the side seal part, and a second region L fixed as a front and rear directional range of a part forming the leg opening.
