PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch tube for an endoscope, wherein strength to collision of an insertion object against the inner surface and friction between the insertion object and the inner surface is secured, and weight saving can be achieved and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: This branch tube 37 for the endoscope includes: a branch part 43 and a first tubular part 45A, a second tubular part 45B and a third tubular part 45C, branched from the branch part 43, and further includes a branch tube body 41 formed of a resin. The branch tube 37 for the endoscope includes: a first curved plate part 53A provided at a first position A1 at which a first axis C1 bumps against the branch tube body 41 and near the first position A1 on the inner circumference side rather than the branch body 41, and forming the metal inner surface and a second curved plate part 53B provided at a second position A2 at which a second axis C2 bumps against the branch tube body 41 and near the second position A2 on the inner circumference side rather than the branch tube body 41, and forming the metal inner surface. A portion except the first curved plate part 53A and the second curved plate part 53B is provided with a portion where the inner surface is formed by the branch tube body 41.
