The present invention relates to an algae transplanting unit capable of reducing the initial cost of building a sea forest or a sea jungle while enabling easy maintenance and repair thereof, a table-type artificial reef using the algae transplanting unit, and a method for building the sea forest by using the algae transplanting unit.
