PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for analyzing a medical image, imparting order of priority to the medical image, visualizing, and reporting the same.SOLUTION: A method and a system for reading and processing a medical diagnostic image include, by using a system for photograph analysis, imparting of order of priority, visualization, and reporting ("PAPVR system"), determining whether or not one or more images from an image database or an imaging device are a medical matter of concern for a diagnostic reading doctor, determining whether or not one or more images represent images, and providing one or more images for a display and analysis system for image reading by the diagnostic reading doctor. The PAPVR system can provide one or more images with a main image representing images.
