PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image reading efficiency in the case of creating an image reading report.SOLUTION: A display section 17 displays an image reading report related to a patient as an object for image reading. An input section 15 accepts an input operation to the image reading report. A character string extraction section 251 extracts a character string related to a predetermined item for specifying a medical image from inspection information or opinion information input to the image reading report via the input section 15. A medical image specification section 252 specifies a candidate image related to the extracted character string from among a plurality of medical images related to the patient as the object for image reading.
