PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a report more easily using an input template.SOLUTION: A medical report creation apparatus for creating a medical report structured with a plurality of items with different attributes, supports a user creating a medical report, by use of an input template having item names of detailed items to be described in each of the items and input candidates.
