PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote image reading system capable of preventing outflow of personal information while retaining information on which image is of which patient in forwarding a medical image with personal information to outside.SOLUTION: In hospital 2, a management device 5 deletes patient information from digital medical image data when the digital medical image data are generated, and creates a patient information management list associating an intrinsic image ID and the deleted patient information with the image data.
