PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading report system capable of easily preparing an image reading report.SOLUTION: An image reading report system of an embodiment prepares a new report on the basis of a past report prepared, when various measurement items are measured in different periods on the basis of a medical image, by describing the measurement values of respective measurement items. The image reading report system has a report preparation support function.
