The method comprises an extraction step, a fermentation broth making step and a whole fruit juice blending step. The extraction step is to squeeze the fruit into juice liquid and extract remnants. The fermentation broth making step is to subject the extract remnants to anaerobic fermentation, followed by removing solid substances so as to obtain the fermentation broth. The whole fruit juice blending step is to mix the juice liquid and the fermentation broth to obtain the whole fruit juice.
