PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly perform information when a nurse call client device is fallen off in a state that a sickroom is dark while enabling not to perform information even if the nurse call client device is fallen off in a state that the sickroom is bright.SOLUTION: The nurse call client device 1 is connected to an outlet in a freely detachable manner and luminous intensity is detected by an illumination sensor 13 from the opening part installed in the vicinity thereof. When the client device 1 is fallen off within a predetermined time after transfer from a state that the luminous intensity of a first predetermined value or above is detected to a state that the luminous intensity of a second predetermined value or below than the first predetermined value is detected, the information about the falling-off of the client device 1 is reserved, and when the client device 1 is fallen off in the other state, the information about the falling-off is performed. Therefore, when the client device 1 is detached within the predetermined time by covering the opening part by the hand in the state that the sickroom is bright, the information about the falling-off can be reserved. Meanwhile, when the client device 1 is detached in a state that the sickroom is bright or dark, the information about the falling-off is performed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】病室内が明るい状態では、ナースコール子機が脱落しても報知を行わせないようにすることを可能としつつ、病室内が暗い状態では、ナースコール子機が脱落したときに確実に報知を行わせるようにする。【解決手段】子機1をコンセントに着脱自在に接続し、その近傍に設置された開口部から照度センサー13により照度を検出する。そして、第一の所定の値以上の照度を検出した状態から第一の所定の値より小さい第二の所定の値以下の照度を検出した状態に移行してから所定時間内に子機1が脱落したときには、脱落の報知を保留とし、それ以外の状態で子機1が脱落したときには、脱落の報知を行うようにしているので、病室内が明るい状態で、開口部を手で覆って所定時間内に子機1を取り外すと、脱落の報知を保留することができる。一方、病室内が明るい状態のままや暗い状態のまま子機1を取り外した場合には、脱落の報知が行われる。【選択図】図1
