The extract from mushrooms of Clitocybe nuda is used to prepare not only a health product for reducing triglycerides, but also a health product for simultaneously reducing blood lipids and blood glucose. The extract from mushrooms of C. nuda is prepared using hot water extraction. The mechanisms involved in antihyperlipidemic and antihyperglycemic effects include that administration of the extract significantly stimulates the phosphorylation of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) and enhances the expression of glucose transporter 4 (GLUT4) in the skeletal muscles.本案係提供一種紫丁香蘑菇體萃取物之用途,不僅可用於製備降低三酸甘油酯之保健產品,亦可用於製備同時降低血脂與血糖之保健產品,其中該紫丁香蘑菇體萃取物係以熱水方法萃取,並透過增加磷酸化腺苷單磷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)及葡萄糖轉運蛋白4 (GLUT4)之含量等機轉而達到降血糖和降血脂的效果。
