The present invention relates to a composition, especially a cosmetic composition, in particular of emulsion type, comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, at least one fatty phase and an aqueous phase containing at least one water- soluble natural dye or dye of natural origin, said composition also containing at least one effective amount of a polymeric surfactant with an HLB of between 3 and 7 and having a molecular weight of greater than 800 and/or at least one effective amount of at least one specific filler chosen from hydrophobic silica aerogel particles. It also relates to a cosmetic process for caring for and/or making up a keratin material, characterized in that a composition as defined above is applied to said keratin material, and also a process for preparing said composition.La présente invention concerne une composition, notamment une composition cosmétique, en particulier de type émulsion, comprenant, dans un milieu physiologiquement acceptable, au moins une phase grasse et une phase aqueuse contenant au moins un colorant naturel ou un colorant d'origine naturelle soluble dans l'eau, ladite composition contient également au moins une quantité efficace d'un tensioactif polymère ayant un HLB compris entre 3 et 7 et d'un poids moléculaire supérieur à 800 et/ou au moins une quantité efficace d'au moins une charge spécifique choisie parmi des particules d'aérogel de silice hydrophobes. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé cosmétique de soin et/ou de maquillage d'un matériau kératinique, caractérisé en ce qu'une composition telle que définie ci-dessus est appliquée audit matériau kératinique, et également un procédé de préparation de ladite composition.
