La présente invention concerne une composition, notamment cosmétique, en particulier de type émulsion, comprenant au moins une phase grasse et une phase aqueuse contenant au moins un colorant naturel ou d'origine naturelle hydrosoluble, ladite composition contenant en outre au moins une quantité efficace d'un tensioactif polymérique de HLB compris entre 3 et 7, et ayant un poids moléculaire supérieur à 800.
