PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect pest repelling material in which there are few bad influences to plant, and an insect pest repelling effect is high, and which can be easily used.SOLUTION: The insect pest repelling material 10 includes: a molding 12 of a plate shape consisting of a fibrous material 12a having biodegradability and an insect pest repelling component 14 added into the molding 12. The insect pest repelling component 14 is a natural product origin obtained from plant.
