Present processing technology for turmeric and ginger was done separable which making very tedious to the processors. The present utility model relates to a process of producing tea combining the turmeric (Curcuma longa) and ginger (Zingiber officinale). The process comprises the following steps: (a) washing of turmeric and 10 ginger rhizomes by manual and mechanical method utilizing water (b) peeling of turmeric and ginger rhizomes by manual and mechanical method (c) grating of ginger and turmeric using manual and mechanical grinder (d) extracting of ginger and turmeric using manual and available mechanical technology (e) cooking of turmeric and ginger extract wherein the extract is mixed with an amount of sugar using the desired ratio (f) packaging of tea from turmeric and ginger.
