The invention is characterized by the fact that the manual loading phase of new fruits is simultaneous to the peeling phase, and the fruit discharge phase and the upstroke of a bladed tool from the lower point to the peeling process start point are simultaneous to the truck translation phase (1) from the motionless position to the fruit feeding and blocking position. After finishing the peeling processing the fruit falls down on a conveyor belt to be transferred to further processing operations.
