PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mulch-cutter capable of efficiently opening seedling holes having suitable sizes corresponding to rods at a certain interval by solely moving the cutter forward on the upper surface of a mulched ridge by protrusively supporting the tip of a rod turnably held on an arm. SOLUTION: In a rim 1 constituted by connecting and fixing through arms 2 to a boss 3, which is constituted by rotatively installing to the tip of a manual hand 6 of a multi-cutter, the radial arms 2 are arranged at certain intervals to the boss 3 so as to divide the rim 1 in the same sectors, while the ends of the rods 4 rotatively supported to the arms 2 are swingably supported to protrude to the other side of the rim 1 by passing through slotted holes 5 made on the rim 1.
