The invention relates to a method for the production of a biologically activeprosthetic device for the reconstruction of bone tissue comprising the stepsof: a CAT (Computerized Axial Tomography) scan of the patient and obtaining athree-dimentional electronic model (1) of the part of the bone and of a bonedefect (2) to be reconstructed; production by prototyping of a prototype resinmodel (3) of the area of the patient's bone involved, forming of a model (4),of the patient's bone defect to be reconstructed; construction of a netativemould (5), production of a ready sintered ceramic semi-finished product withcontrolled and interconnected porosity, said semi-finished product being madewith dimensions and shape slightly larger than the bone defect; mechanicalprocessing and manual finishing of the sintered semi-finished product, toobtain the precise dimensions and shape of the bone defect, the invention alsorelating to the prosthetic device obtained using the method described above.
