The present invention relates to a headed vegetable harvester which comprises: a vehicle body which is a base and a headed vegetable harvesting member installed on a side of the vehicle body. The harvester includes: a body folded in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body a pair of transfer belts rotated by a plurality of rollers in the upper part of the body a pair of circular plows installed at the front end of the body and a circular rotary blade installed between the transfer belts to cut the bottom of a headed vegetable harvested by the plows and then transferred by the transfer belts.
